PRIVATE LESSONS
Lessons are getting ready to start again for the 2008 season. Due to popular demand- and the fact that I work a day job... I am limiting lessons to a first come first served basis. So... if you are interested in lessons this season- please email me soon to get on the list. It is filling up quickly!!! I am not doing lessons to baby sit your kids or just to "give you a pull". If you sign up for lessons, young or old, I expect you to want to learn to wakeboard. I love teaching those who are willing to learn... if you just want a pull or two- I can recommend some local people who would be willing to give you a pull for alot less money!!!
Whether you're just learning to get up for the first time or looking
at adding a couple new inverts or spins to your trick list...
There are a number of great instructional videos on the market
today including Waketrix, Higher Education, Detention, & The
Book. We have ALL learned the hard way that there is no substitute
for personal-on the water instruction. Your riding ability can
progress SO MUCH FASTER when there is somebody that can recognize
what you are doing both right AND wrong! If you want to take your
riding to the next level... don't learn like we did- which was
go out and huck yourself into the air hundreds of times and hope
for the best (and no injuries). It is amazing what professional
insturction can do for you. Lessons at WakeboardNebraska Wake Skool will help
take your riding to the next level. Ride behind a pimped out MALIBU WAKESETTER VLX on a beautiful private lake setting... what more
can you ask for! The boat is loaded with a custom ballast system to ensure you have the best wake possible to learn behind! Don't have a board yet or maybe you just wanna
demo some of the best boards on the market... Hyperlite has hooked
us up with their entire 2008 board and binding lineup so you can
try out all of the new gear and see how it works for you. All
instruction is done by Ronnie
Romero and other wn.com team members. Ronnie has
ridden & trained with some of the best riders and coaches
in the world including Shaun Murray, Darin Shapiro, & Travis
Moye, as well as competed in National and Worlds competitions.

Don't take my word for it... take
theirs!!!
"Hey Ronnie,
Just
wanted to say thanks again, that was the most productive hour of wakeboarding
I’ve ever had! Makes a huge difference when someone can recognize
the mistakes you are making, tell you how to correct them, and then
just keep you juiced to keep going for it again and again. I’ll
be back."
Thanks
again,
Jeff Moloznik- Omaha, NE
"Ronnie's profesional tutorage has made me a much better boarder.
When I started lessons with Ronnie I couldn't even land a wake to wake
jump. Now I can do a 360's & backrolls. Ronnie's approach is enthusiastic
and fun. I learned alot and had a great time doing it. Thanks Ronnie."
Chris Olson - Lincoln, NE
"Our thirteen year old son Brett had been wakeboarding for 3 years
and was very comfortable with two-wake jumps but was far from landing
a 180 and had no clue where to begin an inverted jump. With just one
lesson from Ronnie in June and some practice behind our boat, Brett
can now do both toe-side and heel-side two-wake 180's and is very close
to landing his first tantrum. Brett's goal is to become an outlaw division
rider and I have no doubt Ronnie will be able to get him to that level."
Keith Byman (not to be confused w/ Lyman)- Omaha, NE
"My
son had been trying to learn a backroll on his own for an entire season
and all he ever accomplished was to get hurt. When I finally convinced
him that there is great value in professional instruction he was able
to land the backroll after just one lesson with Ronnie. Kyle was nervous
but Ronnie was friendly and personable and put him at ease which helped
the learning process."
Terry Thompson- Blair, NE
"Ronnie- Thank you so very much again for your enthusiastic approach
to teaching wakeboarding to an anxious 5 year old. Mason is so proud
of himself. He askes me this week if I thought he'd be doing flips or
360's when he is 8. I think so !
Lynne Prout- Beaver Lake, NE
